As the dancers say...

For the first time I feel diffident about collecting my pills this morning. I know they'll make me feel unwell. But, as the dancers say - 5,6,7,8; (the courses I have left - that's 448 Xeloda tablets) and all done and cancer cell free by 5th of June. Hey, Gimme those pills NOW!

    Ha ha! That wasn't my implication! It's all about letting the tone develop from the shoulder through to the fingers as you extend the arm. And keeping the fingers in the right position. One can become obsessed with detail!

    If I had the energy to go on the Cuts Demo tomorrow I'd have my fingers in the right position as they gestured towards the H of P!
