And, delicious with a pinch of salt, there’s sticks of organic c------. ----- of Puddings for dessert? No, finished that; we’ll have an icecream each’ said Marple.
‘Jane – I forgot to tell you that Samuel was asking for his wages yesterday.’ ‘The gardener got his pay packet today Mr Stringer, it’s alright; --- -----. I gave him a bit extra. He and his under gardener have been working in rain and -----.’ ‘They’re ok Jane – those youngster are ----- ----.
Miss Marple returned from the kitchen empty handed. ‘Mr Stringer, there were definitely two
------s in the freezer. A lot of food seems to have gone missing lately – I was sure I had a lot ----- ven-up. I think we’re going to have to air some problems and have a ---- -- ---- about this.
‘No need Jane’ said Stringer throwing down a copy of the St Mary Mede paper folded open to the small ads. Jane Marple glanced down to a pen circle around an ad at the bottom of the Accommodation Wanted -----. ‘--ther! Mr Stringer’ said Jane. ‘How upsetting! Is this really what you want? I know I’m not a ----- but am I really that bad?’ Miss Marple went on sadly; ‘I don’t charge you much for bed and board.
